The digital clock reads 4:00 AM and you’ve got four more chapters to review. Aside from your set of social media tabs, your late night companion is a pile of (now empty) cans of energy drinks and coffee. You stare at your bed morosely, mentally chanting over and over: “Sleep is for the weak.” If you’re a last-minute crammer like me, this situation may seem all too familiar to you the night before a test.
